These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of barbaracasanova.com and any related content, forms, and communications (the "Site") operated by Barbara Casanova Consulting ("BCC," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use of the Site and our services
The Site provides information about BCC's political consulting, civic engagement strategy, and program management services. Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or campaign finance advice, and it does not create a consulting relationship.
A consulting relationship begins only when you and BCC sign a written agreement. That agreement controls over these Terms for the services it covers.
We do not guarantee any particular result, including election outcomes, fundraising totals, voter turnout, grant awards, or program performance. Past work does not promise future results.
Acceptable use
When you use the Site, you agree not to:

If you send us comments, ideas, or feedback, you grant BCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them to operate and improve our business, without obligation to you. Information you submit is also handled under our Privacy Policy.
